NOS Customs currently ships orders within India through third-party courier partners, subject to pincode serviceability checks.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines
Orders are generally dispatched after payment confirmation and internal quality checks, usually within 1-3 business days unless otherwise communicated. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout or post-dispatch and may vary due to location, weather, transport disruptions, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed before payment. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is campaign-based and may change without notice.
4. Delivery Attempts and Address Responsibility
Please provide accurate address and contact details. Re-delivery or reverse-shipping costs due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated delivery failure may be charged to the customer.
5. Courier Handling and Delays
NOS Customs coordinates dispatch through registered courier partners. While we monitor shipment progress, delivery speed depends on courier network conditions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we support resolution for genuine transit issues in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
6. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items reported within the prescribed timeline with unboxing or product evidence. Exchange is subject to stock availability and product inspection.
7. Regulatory Context
This policy is drafted for Indian ecommerce operations and aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 where applicable.
