3. Product Information and Fitment
We provide product descriptions and compatibility guidance in good faith. Vehicle variants can differ by model year, trim, and region. Final fitment confirmation and proper installation remain customer responsibility unless installation is provided by NOS Customs.
4. Pricing, Tax, and Payments
All listed prices are in INR. Applicable GST and shipping charges are shown at checkout or on invoice, as relevant. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. We may cancel suspected fraudulent or duplicate transactions.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Warranty and Limitation
Any product warranty is limited to manufacturer terms where applicable. NOS Customs is not liable for losses caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, product media, and text are owned by or licensed to NOS Customs. Unauthorized copying, resale of content, scraping, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Payments, logistics, and other services may be provided by third parties. Their service conditions and privacy practices apply independently. NOS Customs is not responsible for third-party platforms beyond controls available under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (as applicable). Courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights under Indian law.
